Create a Grateful Harvest this Thanksgiving

As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin their transformation into vibrant hues of gold, amber, and rust, we’re reminded of the quiet beauty that accompanies this time of year.

There’s something magical about the autumn months—the cozy sweaters, the lingering scent of spice in the air, and the comforting warmth of gathering with loved ones around a bountiful table.

Thanksgiving, in particular, is a time to slow down and savour these simple pleasures.

It's the season where we pause, reflect, and give thanks for the moments and the people that make

our lives truly meaningful.

In that spirit, I wanted to share some of my favourite and accessible seasonal recipes to tabletop favourites, perfect for bringing a touch of comfort and elegance to your holiday table.

Here you will see I paired our Birds in Bloom Table Linen with our Farfalla Serviettes.

I love the way the tones work with our Classic Cocktail Napkins too for canapés.

Accented by my antique floral yellow dishes & gold flatware

From rich, savoury dishes to sweet, indulgent desserts, these recipes are sure to make your

Thanksgiving feast one to remember.

As the weather cools, we're craving warm, comforting dishes that embrace the flavours of the season.

Think hearty soups brimming with fresh vegetables, savoury stews simmering with

aromatic spices, and roasted root vegetables.

The sweetness of autumn is highlighted in dishes featuring crisp apples, rich pumpkins,

and spiced desserts like cinnamon rolls.

It's a time for cozy meals that nourish both body and soul and what I love most is majority of these recipes can be easily prepared ahead of time to make for easy hosting.

I have curated below a beautiful menu inspired by the season.

Celebration Whiskey Sour

Celebration Medley by Sloane Tea is one of my favourites when there is a little chill in the air.

A blend of apple, orange peel, spices and rose petals, it’s the perfect concert of flavours.

Spicy Pumpkin Leek Soup

The perfect blend of sweet and spicy filled with cozy fall vibes.

This pumpkin soup recipe is ideal as a starter for the holiday season or an easy weeknight meal.

Coq au Vin

Coq au Vin is a classic French dish originating from Burgundy, that combines tender, slow-braised chicken with rich red wine, bacon, earthy mushrooms, and savoury herbs.

Traditionally, the dish was a way to make use of older roosters, which required slow cooking to tenderize the meat.

This comforting recipe is steeped in tradition, serve it for a special gathering or a cozy night in and bring the essence of French countryside cooking straight to your table. Best enjoyed with crusty bread to soak up the delicious wine-infused sauce!

Roasted Heirloom Carrots & Radishes

This side dish is a personal favourite to accompany roasted poultry and slow-cooked beef dishes.

Heirloom carrots and watermelon radish varietals offer a beautiful presentation.

Apple Speculoos Crumble

My new favourite tart when craving the flavours of apple pie but with a twist.

I love the addition of speculoos cookie butter, that crisp cookie flavour with warm notes of cinnamon compliment the apples oh so perfectly!

Cinnamon Rolls

These rolls are the perfect way to welcome the cozy season.

Instead of the usual brioche-style dough, I’m using a soft and fluffy milk bread dough, swirled with a browned butter cinnamon sugar for an extra tender bite.

I top them off with a tangy cream cheese glaze flavoured with vanilla bean and a touch of lemon zest.

Apple Cider Donuts

.These apple cider donuts bring back the nostalgia of childhood trips to apple orchards, where the cool air was filled with the comforting scent of fresh apples and warm, sugary donuts enjoyed right on the spot.

This is a yeast donut which means they require hours of proofing time, and have a slightly chewier texture.
